Membership

Tanunda Pines Golf Club has a solid membership base and weekly organised Ladies, Men's, mixed and social competitions. During summer there are also twilight competitions. The members are very social and there are regular dinners and social events held at the club. Beginner and junior golfers are catered for with "hackers golf clinics" held every Wednesday from 4pm -5.30pm. In response to the growing number of people playing golf for the social and exercise benefits rather than to be involved in a competitive sport, the club has developed a "Just golf" membership. The club has several different types of membership options available including:

Full Membership

Full playing rights to the golf course - seven days
Member login access to Tanunda Pines web site
Access to online bookings and payments
Affiliation with Golf Australia and Golf Link
Member discounts in the bar and golf shop
Reduced rates for electric cart hire and driving range
Member Guest green fee rate (up to three guests at any one time)
Invitations to special club events
Special members rate at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort

Six Day Membership

All the benefits of Full Membership outlined above with course access limited to Sunday through Friday (no Saturday play unless accompanied with member guest green fee)

Pay For Play Membership

We recognize that it is difficult for some people to take advantage of full membership. Pay for Play membership has evolved around Australia as people's lives have become more busy, affecting their ability to play on a regular basis
Enjoy all the substantial financial and social benefits that full membership offers whilst only paying for what you use.
Pay the 'Pay for Play' annual fee and only 50% of the green fee for every round you play.

Just Golf Membership

Unlimited playing rights Monday to Friday - weekends excluded unless accompanied with member guest green fee
No affiliation with Golf Australia i.e. no handicap - unable to play in club competitions. Ideal for the golfer who likes to stroll around nine holes after work for the relaxation or take advantage of less traffic on the golf course mid week.
Entitled to all other member discounts and benefits as outlined in the Full Membership category.

Social Membership

You will receive a card that will enable you to redeem ten rounds of golf at Tanunda Pines Golf Club (tee times subject to availability) - all rounds must be pre-booked. All players to check in at Pro Shop prior to tee off.
Effectively a discount of 25% against the normal weekend green fee rate of $40
Does not include member benefits including handicap

Driving Range Membership

Full use of the Driving Range, weekends included, with one bucket of balls available per day.

Member Key Wallets

Upon paying a deposit of $50 (redeemable at any time), the member will be issued with a wallet key.
The wallet key operates, as a credit only system e.g. by crediting a minimum of $100 onto your wallet key (cash,chequeor credit card) the club will credit you with a 10% bonus, i.e. your $100 has a value of $110 - available to spend on all transactions within the golf club. (excludes membership fees)
All competition vouchers won from club competitions are deposited onto your wallet key.

Junior Membership

Full playing rights - seven days
Affiliation with Golf Australia and Golf Link.
Entitled to all other member discounts and benefits as outlined in the full membership category

Pay As You Golf

Allows golfers on a budget to pay the fees owed to the golf club for membership, over the course of several months.
This product is via a third party and requires a further application form available from the golf club.
