As the first works under the course enhancement program, the job took longer than was originally anticipated.
Although we are extremely happy with the end result and sets the scene for the future works on our bunkering and surrounds over the next 12 to 18 months.
This area will remain GUR for another 2 to 3 weeks, to ensure the playing surface is in the best possible condition, prior to reopening to general play.
